Abstract:
The patient was treated with full dosage of corticosteroids (prednisolone 60 mg daily in divided doses tapering gradually). He was also given vitamin B-complex 2 ml injection once daily and vitamin B-12 250 mgm daily. The patient did not develop any cardio-respiratory complications and as such he did not require any resuscitatory measures.
