Abstract:
It is emphasized that the provision of systematic coordinated intelligence for policy-making purposes is a necessity for Pakistan. The National Statistical council, established in Pakistan will review the existing statistics, investigate the statistical requirements for the formulation of economic policy, attend to problems of fitting together originally unrelated parts, and suggest administration arrangements by which the elements or a necessarily complex intelligence system may be coordinated.
