Abstract:
Acupuncture anaesthesia is safer as compared to general or local analgesia. In patients who are undergoing surgery under accupuncture anaesthesia, blood pressure and pulse are stable, there is less bleeding, post-operative recovery is quicker and less drug dosage is required to provide analgesia post-operatively. Acupuncture analgesia is also economical and safe.
