Abstract:
Hypertension remains one of the most significant causes of premature morbidity and mortality worldwide because elevated blood pressure influence adversely cardiovascular and renal outcomes. The dietary approach to stop Hypertension (DASH) diet is an effective strategy to control blood pressure. Dash diet is an essential strategy for lowering blood pressure in patients with diabetes mellitus. The Dash diet is a nutritionally based approach to prevent and control hypertension.
