Abstract:
The results of the two-step harvesting method, are shown as a means of control of Sunn pest in case of wheat in Pakistan. It was estimated by Soviet Scientists that if wheat crop is not harvested ten days before the usual harvesting time, the loss will be 13% as compared to 1%, but in Pakistan the experiment made in LAHR VALLEY shows that this agro-technical method is not suitable. Comparative data in this regard is also furnished.
