Abstract

The history of agricultural research work in Pakistan is traced as far as 1901. Outlines the statistics of various crops viz wheat, rice, barley, millets, sorgham, hybrid maize, grain legumes, oilseeds, sugarcane, fruits, vegetables fodders and their improvements. Also gives utilization of research work in Pakistan and various efforts of research work.
