Abstract:
Four patients with coexisting gastric carcinoma and duodenal ulcer are reported. All were in blood group `A`. Results indicated that there was difficulty in diagnosing gastric carcinoma in patients with dudodenal ulcer and early endosconv and ex-foliative cytological examination were urged for duodenal ulcer patients who were in blood group `A` and elderly a had an atypical history. The clinical significance is that the prognosis of this gastric carcinoma is better than that of gastric carcinoma alone.
