Abstract:
Allograft aortic valves are the choice of valve substitutes in patients requiring aortic valve replacement with contra-indication for oral anticoagulation therapy. This report describes 3 patients with contraindication to oral anticoagulation therapy who under went successful aortic valve replacement using allograft valves by root replacement technique.
