Abstract:
This paper shows, by considering the case of almost periodic discrete signals, the usefulness of Abstract Harmonic Analysis when dealing with filters and transference functions. We describe such filters in our particular case, showing that the physically plausible ones are determined by the amplification on all the frequencies and the phase-shift on a finite set of them.
