Abstract:
The effect of urea and diamonium phosphate on growth and alkaloidal contents of Hyoscyamus niger Linn was studied. It was found that plants provided with urea were healthy, much taller and had a greater percentage of alkaloidal contents than those treated with diamonium phosphate and growing in the control conditions.
