Abstract:
Moth was seeded as a companion crop in wheat sown in rows 12" to 36" apart. Though the wheat yield was decreased by 2-3 mds., yet a gain of about 150 mds. of green fodder selling at about Rs. 100 per acre was obtained. As such growing of moth in wider spaced wheat rows is more profitable.
