Abstract:
Blue, black and green ceramic stains of uniform texture in various shades have been successfully prepared. Batch compositions and their methods of preparation are described with reference to time, temperature and furnace atmosphere during calcination. All these stains have been used as artglaze and overglaze colours for pottery decoration.
