Abstract:
Vasectomy is one of the simplest, most popular and most readily available form of voluntary family planning. It has a low failure rate about 0.15 per 100 person. Its advantages, disadvantages, history, preoperative preparation, anesthesia, complete procedure and technique, post-operative care and sperm count and effectivness have been described in detail.
