Abstract:
The alkaloids so far isolated from various Rauwolfia species are listed & reviewed. The alkaloids are arranged in alphabetical order together with their molecular formulae, melting points and specific rotations. It is rather interesting to know that so far two hundred and four alkaloids have been isolated from various Rauwolfia species. GHK
