Abstract:
States that every general practitioner is in a position to contribute something to the total of know. ledge. Also it is the general practitioner who sees the very earliest manifestations of all illness, both major and minor. Epidemiology is a subject to which all rural doctors can contribute. To do work like this needs one thing above all other - careful, conscientious record keeping.
