Abstract:
Workloads for nurses are heavy, which increases the risk of illness and injury. These stressors include organizational characteristics, aspects of the current work environment, and developments unrelated to research that establish a causal relationship between general workplace stress and risk and particular health consequences. Better health, health, and safety in the workplace are more important than ever for nurses, other healthcare professionals, and their employers. A safe and courteous workplace culture and environment are everyone's responsibilities; a nurse cannot accomplish it alone. In light of this, self-care is crucial. Work and meal breaks, at least 7 hours of sleep per night, exercise, a balanced diet, and a peaceful "rest" period should all be covered in the care program.
