Abstract:
The growth of Rahu, Mori, Taila and other local species in the village pond, waste water pond and drain was found to be satisfactory. The dissolved oxygen, free carbon dioxide and turbidity of Kharar Lake water were within the range of fish tolerance value. Kharar water is unsuitable for fish culture due to its high salt concentration.
