Abstract:
Estimates on N, P and K of 5 rice cultivars were made and their correlation with borer-infestation was studied. The changes in all the three plant nutrients were negatively correlated with the changes in barer-infestation. The overall influence of these nutrients on the infestation of these cultivars by the borer-larvae was 86.36%.
