A new technique in vegetable dehydration.

Abstract:
Discusses old techniques of vegetable preservation and describes Accelerated Freeze Dehydration of vegetables. This technique is reported to be good for keeping steak, French fried potatoes and peas for more than two months without refrigeration or use of preservative.
