Abstract:
The relativistic equation of total Energy Constancy maintains its balancing characteristics when the particular system passes on to the imaginary frame of reference when `c` is replaced by "iota c". The terminology of `superspace`, as used in the theory, is well defined by its characteristics of normal concepts of three dimensional space but the velocity of light being given by `iota c`. The variation in the travel-time of light in the Universe in General Relativity is due to the curved path it follows due to 0 or M of the space bodies. There is no change in the so-called Absolute value of `c`. In the present concepts `c` undergoes vari-ations in its intrinsic value both down-wards and upwards with the growth of fields, firstly equating or nearabout nuclear levels, and secondly assuming a much higher value, very nearly squaring the nuclear field values.
