Wave analysis of circular cylinders.

Abstract:
The paper studies the expansion of Bessel and Hankel functions in terms of a Bessel Function Series. The Bessel and Hankel Functions defines the circular wave radial wave functions. The expansions of Hankel Functions is studied for quantum theory of angular momentum for circular cylinder box. This theory describes the quantization and orbital theory of angular momentum. The quantum theory is studied for theory of scattering for circular cylinders. The radial wave functions in quantum mechanics near the origin are then given.
