Abstract:
Essentials of poultry farming for poultry meat production in Pakistan are discussed in the light of: selection of strains; housing; management; investments and labour costs; care of chicks; heat control; lighting; culling; weight loss of broilers; poultry manure; diseases and their control; and disposal of dead birds.
