Abstract:
Presents general information on soil classification and the East Pakistan Water and Power Develop-men t Authority (EPWAPDA) classification method, describing the testing procedures employed in soil classification and some test data suggesting that care must be exercised during sample handling, shipping and storage. The possibility of the simplification of the hydrometer data analysis is also suggested.
