Abstract:
The function of the textile clinics will be to inspect the out-going consignments by the experts before shipment. Apart from this, the clinic experts would concentrate on designing and local fabrication of machines, instruments and parts which are being imported. They would also devise those methods & standards by which maximum efficiency of the existing units be obtained and modernization of the units be done through utilizing local sources.
