Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of trade unions on the welfare of production workers in East Java. In this study as the independent variable is the trade union and the dependent variable is the welfare of production workers. 159 samples taken from five different companies located in five districts/cities in East Java The analysis conducted in this study include the testing of research instruments, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
