Abstract:
Time and motion study can be used to compare different alternatives and is helpful in setting up the schedules of work. It acts as a logical analysis and synthesis for designing a work method or improving the existing work method by locating deficiences in the factors like raw material, design of the product, process, work places, equipment and hand and body motions.
