Abstract:
E-learning is a key innovative initiative in the 21st century; the success of e-learning practices is affected by many key factories. In this study, some previous studies on e-learning practices were reviewed, based on which the factors that contribute to the student success in e-learning are summarized. These factors are student motivation, interaction, technology, and role of instructor. By adopting the ideas from e-learning studies, a conceptual model is proposed which the researchers intends to test in future study. The results of the future study will provide educational institutions to better structure their e-learning programs.
