Abstract:
Drug-induced Alveolar Hemorrhage is a rare cause of Difuse Alveolar Hemorrhage (DAH). It requires to be considered in the diferential diagnosis among patients presenting with DAH and prompt management, including the need for mechanical ventilation in severe cases. Here we present a case of severe DAH following percutaneous coronary intervention and Ticagrelor therapy that responded well to discontinuation of Ticagrelor.
