Summary: Machilus duthei King ex Hook (Lauraceae) has yielded the known aporphines isoboldine (1), boldine (2), laurotetanine (4), and norholdine (5), as well as the N-methyltetrahydrobenzylisoquinoline (+)-reticuline (3).
