Abstract:
Preventive dentistry does not exist in Pakistan. The dental power ratio is not satisfactory as the rural population which is 857 -907 of the entire population has no access to dental aid.The basic areas of the preventive dentistry are prevention, administration, direct provision of care, research and education.
