Abstract:
Pega's embedded AI capabilities have become a transformative tool for workflow orchestration in organizations across various sectors. By integrating AI directly into workflow management systems, Pega enhances operational efficiency through intelligent task prioritization, resource allocation, and outcome prediction. Unlike traditional systems that rely on static rulebased workflows, Pega's embedded AI leverages real-time data, learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to optimize processes dynamically.This article explores how Pega's embedded AI capabilities are reshaping workflow orchestration, with specific emphasis on its application in industries such as financial services, healthcare, and customer service. Through real-world case studies, the article demonstrates how AI can identify bottlenecks, predict task outcomes, and automatically adjust workflows to ensure optimal resource utilization and faster decision-making.
