Abstract:
The problem of eigenvalues of the spheroidal wave equation in the case where the characteristic exponent V = P + i p = 1, 0, 1, 2, is solved. A general formula from which it obtains power series for for V = 4.1--14, i states two propositions concerning power series for p an odd integer and p an even, integer is given.
