Abstract:
This product survey sets out standard ranges of silicon Mesa and silicon Planar diodes. The Mesa, for instance, has a 1arcle function area which gives the diode excellent forward recovery behaviour plus the ability to withstand very high current pulses. The planar diode, on the other hand, is recommended as a fast switching device that has a stable, low leakage current.
