Abstract:
A 20 year old Saudi male presented with a three month history of painless swelling in the right side of the neck which started as a small reducible swelling which produced hissing sound in throat on pressure. Later, the swelling enlarged and became irreducible. He neither complained of hoarseness nor any difficulty in swallowing. He has not played wind instrument or has been a glass blower. It occurred suddenly and was excised externally.
