Two new species of Pratylenchus filipjev, 1936 found associated with medicinal plants in Udaipur district of Rajasthan along with the report of Pratylenchus zeae graham, 1951 and P. thornei sher and allen, 1953.

Abstract:
Pratylenchus ispagoli sp. n., from the rhizosphere of Ispagol (Plantago amplexicaulis) and Pratylenchus turmeri sp. n., from the rhizosphere of turmeric (Curcuma longa) are described and illustrated. P. ispagoli sp. n., is characterized by having longer stylet (I7-19 µm), anteriorly located vulva (V= 73.91-76.9) and comparatively longer tail (c = 11.79-20.00)whereas, P. turmeri sp. n. is characterized in having longer oesophagus (b` = 2.81-3.69),anteriorly located vulva (66.67-78.71)and longer stylet (stylet = 18.0-19.5).
