Abstract:
The study was undertaken for assessing the feasibility of the use of millet in the broiler ration and for determining how far its nutritive value could be improved by various treatments. Results of the experiments have revealed that millet is a poor source of energy in poultry rations aid its nutritive value could be improved by supplementing it with vegetable oil or giving water treatment.
