Abstract:
It is claimed that the modified screened immersion plate technique developed in the present studies which is described in detail, is a better substitute of Thornton and Wood and Wilcoxson's screened immersion plate techniques for the study of actively growing fungus flora of a particular soil, under the prevailing environmental conditions.
