Abstract:
D-dimer a fibrin fragment present when the coagulation process is in abnormally activated. Blood should indicate the formation of a thrombus that helps in diagnosis ischemic heart disease, myocardial infarction, diabetic's mellitus, hypertension and covid-19. About 1300 patients are reported from Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex Nowshera Khyber pakhtunkhwa for rapid diagnostic purpose the aim is to study the serum and hematological parameters of COVID-19 patients who have specific health conditions, like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, ischaemic heart disease, and myocardial infarction and The aim is to identify specific serum and hematological markers that can be utilized for swift and precise detection of COVID-19 in individual patients. The methodology of the study first we have to Screen out the patients then Collect their Blood sample then RT-qPCR analysis and finally we have to Statistical Analysis of these all.
